We were back in the saddle this week after handing over the reigns to Ron Furman for a week. Much thanks to Ron for all he's done for us, and the good feeling we get knowing he appreciates what we've done for him. This week we continue our madcap brand of trivia with a gusto!
Mark your calendars for March 1st! That's the night we start a (maybe) new tradition with Monday Match Game Madness. We'll be recreating all the schlock and fun from the classic 70's game show Match Game in front of you, our live studio audience. More details to come.
We don't fully update this site every week, and we don't really use our GMail account all that much. But we are on Facebook. If you enjoy Quiz-a-ma-jig, and/or you want to come to either our original Thursday night at Max's Taphouse, or our Wednesday night at Alexander's Tavern, best thing to do is become a fan on Facebook.
Just a reminder: in 2009 we made two showings in the local blogs: one at Sam Sessa's Midnight Sun blog about his appearance at our Game Show Night a few months back; and the other from the Baltimore Sun's offshoot publication b (is that how you identify it when typing?) about reporter Jordan Bartel's visit to Quiz-a-ma-jig a few weeks ago. Bigger crowds in the future? Will you see us in 2010 in the local papers? We hope so.
Don't forget that we also serve up trivia on Wednesday night at Alexander's Tavern. It's across the street from Max's and just a few doors down from The Greene Turtle. It starts a little after 8:30pm. We've been promising some sort of content on this website for a while. Don't hold your breath on that.
Don't forget our Quiz-a-ma-jig blog for more entertainment. It covers random trivia thoughts that may come to us throughout the week, odd facts, and some stuff we find funny.
